Ex-minister Lukash, ex-MP Kliuyev excluded from EU’s sanctions list
28 of February 2018 г.
The European Union will extend sanctions against the former Yanukovych regime officials, except for Olena Lukash and Serhiy Kliuyev.
The decision was approved by the Permanent Representatives Committee under the Council of the European Union on Wednesday, a Brussels-based Ukrinform correspondent reports.
In particular, the restrictive measures will be extended with respect to twelve former Ukrainian officials who are accused of misappropriation of state assets.
At the same time, it was decided to exclude from the list former justice minister Olena Lukash and former member of Ukrainian Parliament Serhiy Kliuyev.
The decision will be finally endorsed at the meeting of the Council of Ministers on March 5.
